This represents the consummation of the previously announced merger agreement pursuant to which Comvest has acquired the Company for $1.05 per share in cash, and the shares of the Company common stock have ceased to be quoted on the Nasdaq Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.

Sunteck operates as a non-asset based freight broker and trucking company through an agent based sales model. The Company acts as a Business Process Outsourcer (“BPO”) for small to medium entrepreneurial freight brokers and trucking operations in order to give them the scale to compete against larger industry competitors.
