Brian is a Managing Director and is responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments for Comvest’s direct lending strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Brian was a Vice President in the Principal Finance group at Macquarie, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing debt investments in both public and private companies. Before that, he was an Associate on a private equity investment team at Allstate and also worked in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey.

Brian received a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.
