John is a Managing Director at Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm exclusively focused on partnering with Comvest Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities. John works closely with executives at Comvest’s portfolio companies to ensure timely execution of business planning and strategic initiatives and works collaboratively with Comvest on certain operational due diligence activities.

Prior to joining OAG, John served in leadership roles at NDS Inc., a provider of water management services, and at Danaher, where he helped to lead commercial due diligence and M&A priorities for the Water Quality Group. He also led global marketing for OTT Hydromet, a Danaher operating company. Before that, John was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a top-tier management consulting firm, where he focused on industrial goods and corporate development. Additionally, John held marketing roles at General Mills, and he began his career by serving as a tank officer in the U.S. Army.

John received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
