Kenny is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to rejoining Comvest, where he worked in the private equity group as an Associate before attending business school, Kenny was an investment banking analyst at Guggenheim Securities’ Special Situations Group in Atlanta, where he executed M&A, capital markets financing, and restructuring transactions across a variety of industries. During business school, Kenny worked at Systems Control, a portfolio company of Comvest Partners.

Kenny earned a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors.
