Executive Partner

Riddi Kline is a retail and consumer goods veteran who provides consulting services for consumer products and services to private investment firms for credit and private equity due diligence and strategy development. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Michaels Stores. Previously, she has served on the Board of Directors of several of Comvest Partners’ portfolio companies: Spinrite, a yarn manufacturer; and Old Time Pottery, a home goods retailer, where she held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer from February 2018 to August 2019. She has also served on the Board of Crafter’s Companion, a paper crafting manufacturer.

Prior to her role as an Independent Board Director and Executive Partner, Ms. Kline was EVP, Chief Marketing & Merchandising Officer, at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, a national chain of over 850 stores, where she led sourcing and product development, marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, inventory management, and business intelligence. Before Jo-Ann, Ms. Kline held various positions at major retail and food companies, including Kraft Foods, RadioShack, and Michaels Stores.

Ms. Kline also serves on the non-profit boards of the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, where she is the Board Chair, and the University Hospitals Rainbow Babies Foundation. Previously, she served as a non-profit board member of Hathaway Brown School, the Craft & Hobby Association, the Global Retail Marketing Association, Dress for Success Cleveland, the Boys & Girls Clubs, and the National Retail Federation CMO Council.
