Adam Kollender

Principal

Adam is a Principal and is responsible for underwriting, originating, structuring and managing investments across all industries.

Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners), Adam was a Senior Vice President in the Leveraged Finance group at Jefferies, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and debt financings for clients in the healthcare and consumer and retail industries. Before that, he was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance group at J.P. Morgan, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and debt financings for clients in the real estate, natural resources, and financial services industries.

Adam received a B.A. in Political Science from Williams College.
