Andrew Goldsmith

Managing Director of Capital Markets

Andrew is a Managing Director of Capital Markets and is responsible for structuring and executing lines of credit and other structured products.

Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners), Andrew was a Director at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on originating and underwriting private credit leverage facilities. Before that, he was a Vice President at BlackRock, where he supported the execution and management of the collateralized loan obligation business.

Andrew received a Master of Finance from Bentley University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
