Brian is a Managing Director, Deputy Credit Officer and Co-Head of Software & Technology Services. He is responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments in the software and technology services sector as well as in other industries of focus.

Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners), Brian was a Vice President in the Principal Finance group at Macquarie, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing debt investments in both public and private companies. Before that, he was an Associate on a private equity investment team at Allstate and also worked in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey.

Brian received a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.
