Dan is a Senior Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries for Comvest’s direct lending strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Dan was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at J.P. Morgan, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and other debt financings. Before that, he was an Analyst at Antares Capital, where he focused on underwriting, structuring and executing sponsor-backed transactions.

Dan received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
