David is a Managing Director and is responsible for client solutions, including investor due diligence and reporting, and leads Comvest’s Client Service team within the Investor Relations department.

Prior to joining Comvest, David was a Managing Director at Crestline Investors, Inc., where he also was responsible for Investor Relations. Before that, he served as Vice President of North American Institutional Accounting at JPMorgan, which provided accounting services to over 350 clients encompassing $620 billion in assets. Prior to that, David was Vice President of Fund Accounting at OppenheimerFunds, Inc., where he oversaw an operations department that provided mutual fund, separate account and hedge fund accounting services.

David received an M.B.A., as well as a B.B.A. in Accounting, from Texas Tech University.
