Deborah joined Comvest Partners in 2016. She is a Partner, Senior Vice President and Group Controller, and is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s accounting, tax and financial operations.

Prior to joining Comvest, Deborah worked at Lehman Brothers, where her leadership roles included Controller in the firm’s Private Equity / Principal Investments group and Senior Controller in Private Equity Finance, where she oversaw all corporate and external reporting as well as fund accounting for various alternative asset classes. Deborah started her career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse (now PwC).

Deborah received an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University. She is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
