Derek is a Managing Director and is responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments for Comvest Credit Opportunities, Comvest’s opportunistic credit strategy, as well as for Comvest Credit Partners.

Prior to joining Comvest, Derek was a Senior Vice President in the Principal Finance group of Macquarie Capital, where he focused on structured capital investing and special situations across a broad range of sectors.

Derek received an MSc in Decision Sciences and a BSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics.
