Ed is a Principal at Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm that partners with Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities.

Prior to joining OAG, Ed held numerous leadership positions in technology management, serving as Chief Information Officer of Park Holding Inc., Chief Information officer for National Restaurant Association, Vice President of Technology for a large charitable organization, Chief Information Officer of ATC Healthcare Services, and Vice President of Business Applications at Bank of America. In each of these positions he provided IT oversight and leadership in the areas of organization, governance, compliance, process, security and technology. Ed is also a former military officer.

Ed received a B.A. in Mathematics from University of San Diego.
