Itai is a Managing Director and is responsible for managing investor relationships for Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners).

Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners, Itai was a Vice President in the Goldman Sachs Alternatives Capital Formation Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was responsible for business development and client management for institutional, third-party and high-net-worth investors for the middle-market private credit and BDC platforms. Before that, he held Managing Director roles at both Neuberger Berman and prior to that, at TD Cowen, where he served as a portfolio manager and credit analyst for the global long/short credit fund at both investment management firms.

Itai received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude.
