Itai is a Managing Director and is responsible for managing investor relationships for Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners).

Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners, Itai was a Vice President in the Goldman Sachs Alternatives Capital Formation Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was responsible for business development and client management for institutional, third-party and high-net-worth investors for the middle-market private credit and BDC platforms. Before that, he held Managing Director roles at both Neuberger Berman and prior to that, at TD Cowen, where he served as the portfolio manager and credit analyst for the global long/short credit fund at both investment management firms.

Itai received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude.
