Jack is Vice President of Legal & Compliance for Comvest Partners.

Prior to joining Comvest, Jack practiced law at Latham & Watkins, where he represented public and private companies, private equity funds, global financial institutions, SPACs, REITs, emerging companies and high-net-worth individuals in a wide variety of corporate, finance and governance matters.

Jack received a J.D. from the New York University School of Law as well as an M.A. in Economics and a B.A in Political Science and Economics from the University of Delaware.
