Jason is an Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries for Comvest Credit Partners, Comvest’s direct lending strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Jason was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Capital Advisory group at Lincoln International, where he marketed and arranged private debt transactions for middle-market businesses.

Jason received a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
