Joe is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Software & Technology Services. He is responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments in the software and technology services sector as well as in other industries of focus for the direct lending and opportunistic credit strategies.
Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners), Joe was a Vice President at NXT Capital, where he was involved in structuring, underwriting and closing senior and unitranche debt investments for sponsor-owned, middle-market companies.
Joe received a B.S. in Accounting, with a concentration in Finance, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
