Joe is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Software & Technology Services for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. He is responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments in the software and technology services sector as well as in other industries of focus.

Prior to joining Comvest, Joe was a Vice President at NXT Capital, where he was involved in structuring, underwriting and closing senior and unitranche debt investments for sponsor-owned, middle-market companies.

Joe received a B.S. in Accounting, with a concentration in Finance, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
