Lee is a Senior Partner and serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and the Investment Committee for Comvest’s private equity strategy. He has led investments in a variety of industry sectors including, industrials and healthcare. Lee is responsible for all key aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Comvest, Lee worked as a Director in the private equity group of Harbert Management Corporation, where he focused on deal sourcing, investment analysis and execution, and portfolio company development. Prior to Harbert Management Corporation, he worked at Bain & Company, Procter & Gamble, and Delta Airlines.

Lee received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
