Lisa is focused on Comvest’s investor relations and capital raising efforts across all strategies. Before joining Comvest, Lisa was a third-party Placement Agent, managing institutional distribution at Triago, covering buyout, growth equity, special situations, credit, venture, secondaries, and direct investments. Lisa started her career in business valuation in New York, beginning at Duff & Phelps, and then at Och-Ziff as a Financial Controls Manager.

Lisa received a B.B.A. in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
