Mike is a Senior Managing Director and the head of Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm that partners with Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities.

Prior to joining OAG, Mike was Vice President of Operations at Gores Group, where he provided company oversight, in-depth operational support and due diligence support to portfolio companies and deal teams. Before that, he held a number of operational leadership roles, including SVP at Pacific Theatres, where he helped lead the movie theater business, and Director of Strategy and Sales Operations at Gateway, the computer manufacturer. Prior to that, Mike was an Engagement Management at McKinsey & Company, a top-tier management consulting firm, where he served clients in the high technology, consumer goods, and retail industries.

Mike received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
