Peter is a Principal at Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm that partners with Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities.

Prior to joining OAG, Pete was a Partner at The Lancer Group, a boutique executive search firm, where he led C-level and Operating Partner search engagements for middle market private equity funds. Before that, he was a Vice President in the private equity practice at JM Search and a Consultant at Lancor. Prior to his career in executive search, Pete was an Associate at EdgePoint Capital Advisors, a lower middle market investment banking firm.

Pete received a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from Cleveland State University.
