Direct Lending
Phillip is a Senior Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries for Comvest’s direct lending strategy.
Prior to joining Comvest, Phillip was an Associate in the Private Credit group at Hamilton Lane, where he focused on evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio management.
Phillip received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Delaware.
