Mr. Harrison is a recognized travel industry veteran, proven entrepreneur and investor, who helped start multiple successful low-cost commercial airlines in both the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Harrison co-founded Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) in 2002 serving as an executive officer and Managing Director of the company through 2009. There, he played a key role in the design and implementation of Allegiant’s successful business strategy with leadership roles in Revenue Management, Marketing and E-Commerce. Prior to Allegiant, Mr. Harrison was President of Corporate Aircraft Partners, Inc. from 2001 through 2002. From 1993 to 1998, he held senior leadership positions at ValuJet Airlines and Airtran Airways. Mr. Harrison started his career with Delta Air Lines in 1983. Mr. Harrison is also a successful technology entrepreneur. In 1999, he co-founded Virtual Premise, Inc., a leading SaaS provider of commercial real estate information management solutions. He served as its Chairman and CEO until its acquisition by CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) in 2011. Mr. Harrison holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
