Rhett is an Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries for Comvest’s direct lending strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Rhett was a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton, where he led financial statement audits across various industries, including financial services, aviation, and hospitality.

Rhett received a M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
