Private Equity
Sarah is responsible for evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to Comvest, Sarah worked as an investment banking analyst at Vaquero Capital in San Francisco, where she executed middle-market M&A transactions in the technology sector.
Sarah received an M.P.A. and B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She is also licensed as a CPA in Illinois.
