Sebastian is an Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries.

Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners), Sebastian was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Debt Advisory & Restructuring group at Jefferies, where he executed in-court and out-of-court liability management and corporate restructuring transactions.

Sebastian received a B.B.A. in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
