Spencer Ellis

Associate

Spencer is an Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries.

Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners), Spencer was an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group at UBS, where he executed leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financing transactions in the healthcare, industrials and technology industries. Before that, Spencer served as a Captain in the U.S. Army in the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry).

Spencer received a B.S. in Legal Studies and American Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
