Tim is a Managing Director and the Head of Specialty Finance for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. He is responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments primarily in the specialty finance industry for Comvest’s direct lending and special opportunities strategies.

Tim has held many direct lending positions at Comvest over his career with the Firm, starting as an Associate. Prior to joining Comvest, Tim worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist), where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and debt financings.

Tim received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
