West Palm Beach, FL, April 2013: Comvest Partners is pleased to announce that Comvest Investment Partners IV (“Comvest”), through its subsidiary AutoInfo Holdings, LLC, has completed the acquisition of Sunteck Transport Group (OTCBB:AUTO) (the “Company” or “Sunteck”). This represents the consummation of the previously announced merger agreement pursuant to which Comvest has acquired the Company for $1.05 per share in cash, and the shares of the Company common stock have ceased to be quoted on the Nasdaq Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.

Sunteck operates as a non-asset based freight broker and trucking company through an agent based sales model. The Company acts as a Business Process Outsourcer (“BPO”) for small to medium entrepreneurial freight brokers and trucking operations in order to give them the scale to compete against larger industry competitors. Services include transaction processing, IT systems, working capital financing, and cooperative marketing and branding.
