Our specialized investment expertise spans subsectors, financing products, and company situations. We apply this depth of understanding to our collaborative investment process to support borrowers’ immediate and ongoing funding needs — including structuring ARR loans for companies with cash burn and providing traditional cash-flow loans to mature businesses with sizable EBITDA. The results are bespoke financing solutions focused primarily on senior debt capital, with loan structures and terms tailored to each borrower’s situation. We can provide considerable immediate capital of up to $300 million or more per transaction as well as delayed draws and follow-on investments to help companies pursue additional growth opportunities.
