Adam is an Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries for Comvest Credit Partners.

Prior to joining Comvest, Adam was an Investment Banking Associate in the Industrials group at Citi, where he executed leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and other debt financings.

Adam received an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
