Andrew is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Andrew was a Principal at Atlantic Street Capital, where he worked on all aspects of the investment process with a particular focus on deal origination, due diligence, acquisition financing and execution. Before that, he worked at Jefferies in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group, focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, equity offerings, and restructuring transactions across the healthcare sector.

Andrew graduated cum laude from Villanova University with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
