Brenden is a Principal and is responsible for underwriting, originating, structuring and managing investments primarily in the specialty finance industry for Comvest’s direct lending strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Brenden was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist), where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and other debt financings.

Brenden received a B.S. in Business Administration, with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting, from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
