Private Equity
Dylan is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to Comvest, Dylan worked as an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey in Chicago, where he executed a number of middle market M&A transactions in the industrials sector.
Dylan received a B.B.A. in Finance, with highest distinction, from the University of Iowa.
