Private Equity
Ian is an Associate and is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest Private Equity, Comvest’s private equity strategy.
Prior to joining Comvest, Ian was an Investment Banking Associate in the Global Industrials Group at Bank of America, where he focused on M&A transactions, debt financings and equity offerings.
Ian received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia.
