Private Equity
Ian is an Associate and is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy.
Prior to joining Comvest, Ian was an Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America in the Global Industrials Group, where he focused on M&A transactions, debt financings and equity offerings.
Ian received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia.
