Ken Forster

Executive Partner

Ken Forster is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transportation, logistics, and technology-enabled services. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of FlexXray, a leader in food safety inspection services.

Mr. Forster’s career spans multiple entrepreneurial and leadership roles. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Sunteck, a former Comvest Partners portfolio company specializing in freight management and logistics solutions, and as CEO of Velocity Express LLC, also a prior Comvest portfolio company in same-day delivery and logistics. His other leadership roles include CEO of AirSage, Inc. and President and Chief Operating Officer of BeavEx Inc. for seven years. Earlier, Mr. Forster founded Online Insight, Inc., a pioneering company in e-commerce analytics, and served as its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Forster is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
