Private Equity
Logan is a Vice President and is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest Private Equity, Comvest’s private equity strategy.
Prior to joining Comvest, Logan was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Citigroup, where he executed M&A, debt and equity transactions across a variety of industries.
Logan received a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia, where he graduated summa cum laude.
