Private Equity
Logan is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Logan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Citigroup’s Financial Sponsors Group in New York, where he executed a number of M&A, debt and equity transactions across a variety of industries.
Logan received a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Georgia.
