Maneesh joined Comvest Partners in 2018. He is a Managing Partner and heads Comvest Private Equity, Comvest’s private equity strategy. Maneesh serves as a member of Comvest’s Executive Committee and Operating Committee and is also a member of the Investment Committee for Comvest Private Equity. He leads all key aspects of Comvest’s private equity investment process, including transaction sourcing and execution as well as portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Comvest, Maneesh was a Partner of Prospect Partners, a lower-middle-market private equity firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of the private equity investment process and served as a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment committees. Maneesh began his career as a Senior Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Maneesh received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance and Operations and Information Management from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
