Matt is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Prior to Comvest, Matt worked as a Principal at Concentric Equity Partners, a lower middle market private investment firm focused on acquiring founder-owned businesses. Prior to that, he worked in investment roles at H.I.G. Capital and CHS Capital and advisory roles at Bain & Company, Citigroup Global Markets, and Lincoln International.

Matt received an M.B.A., with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. and B.S. in Accountancy, with honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
