Renee is a Managing Director and the Head of Restructuring for Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners (formerly Comvest Credit Partners). She is responsible for managing the portfolio of stressed accounts.

Prior to joining Manulife | Comvest Credit Partners, Renee was a Senior Vice President and Team Leader at GE Antares Capital, where she managed investments for private equity sponsor-backed middle-market companies. Her lending career also includes oversight of the restructuring group at Antares Capital, as well as underwriting, portfolio management and originations at GE Capital and Heller Financial.

Renee received an M.B.A. from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and a B.A. in Accounting from Lewis University. Renee is a Certified Public Accountant.
