West Palm Beach, FL – Comvest Partners, through its debt fund Comvest Capital III, LP (“Comvest”), has provided a secured term loan to Precision Valve Corporation (“PVC”), a leading global manufacturer of aerosol valves and dispensing systems. The Comvest term loan investment was made as part of a broader recapitalization of PVC.
