James is a Principal at Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm exclusively focused on partnering with Comvest Partners and portfolio company management teams to drive value creation activities. James works closely with executives at Comvest’s portfolio companies to ensure timely execution of business planning and strategic initiatives and works collaboratively with Comvest on certain operational due diligence activities.

Prior to joining OAG, James was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, a top-tier management consulting firm, where he focused on operations, supply chain, and procurement. Before that, he was a Mechanical Engineer at Pistorino & Alam Consulting Engineers, where he worked in design, consulting, inspection, and expert testimony for the construction industry.

James received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami.
