Jake is a Vice President at Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm exclusively focused on partnering with Comvest Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities. Jake works closely with executives at Comvest’s portfolio companies to ensure timely execution of business planning and strategic initiatives and works collaboratively with Comvest on certain operational due diligence activities.

Prior to joining OAG, Jake was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a top-tier management consulting firm, where he focused on consumer goods and services as well as on large-scale transformations. Before that, he held strategy, operations, and business development roles at United Technologies (now Raytheon Technologies).

Jake received an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Fellow, and a B.A. in both Finance and Applied Mathematics from the University of Connecticut.
