Krishna is a Vice President and is responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Comvest Private Equity, Comvest’s private equity strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Krishna acquired and operated Sun Harvest Foods, a regional foodservice distribution company. Before that, he was an Associate at Harvest Partners, where he focused on investment evaluation, deal execution, and portfolio company management. Prior to that, Krishna was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group at Barclays, where he executed M&A, debt and equity transactions.

Krishna received a B.B.A in Finance and the Business Honors Program from The University of Texas at Austin.
