Roger joined Comvest Partners in 2010. He is a Senior Partner of the Firm for Comvest Private Equity, Comvest’s private equity strategy. Roger serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and is also a member of the Investment Committee for Comvest Private Equity. Roger leads all key aspects of Comvest’s private equity investment process including sourcing and execution as well as portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Comvest, Roger was a Principal at ABRY Partners and, before that, at Apax Partners, where he was responsible for deal sourcing, investment analysis and execution, and portfolio company development for both firms. Before that, he was an Associate at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, where he focused on larger buyouts in the Media and Consumer Products sectors in the United States and Latin America. Earlier, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the M&A group.

Roger received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He earned a B.B.A in Finance and the Business Honors Program, as well as a B.A. in the Plan II Honors Program, from The University of Texas at Austin.
