Tyler is an Associate and is responsible for underwriting and closing new investments, as well as managing existing portfolio investments, across all industries for Comvest Credit Partners, Comvest’s direct lending strategy.

Prior to joining Comvest, Tyler was an Investment Banking Associate at Houlihan Lokey, where he executed M&A transactions in the technology sector. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Macquarie Capital.

Tyler received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University.
